''Jonah's Cathedral'' by R. D. Wal l, adalah novel Perang Vietnam berdasarkan pengalaman penulis saat bertugas di LST di Delta Mekong pada tahun 1966. Buku ini, #1 dalam Seri Jonah Wynchester, mengikuti eksploitasi Mate Jonah Wynchester dari Penembak Angkatan Laut AS sejak dia melapor menaiki penugasan barunya, LST USS ''Winchester County'', di Pangkalan Amfibi Angkatan Laut di Little Creek, Virginia, pada Hari Tahun Baru 1966 saat kapal berangkat ke Vietnam. Novel ''Warm Bodies'' karya [[Donald R. Morris]] menggambarkan kehidupan di LST pada tahun 1950-an.
