Tur ini diumumkan secara resmi oleh [[S.M. Entertainment]] pada 26 April 2013, disertai dua jadwal pertama konser di Olympic Park, [[Seoul]]. Konser di Seoul adalah konser Girls' Generation di Korea Selatan untuk pertama kalinya dalam waktu dua tahun setelah [[Girls' Generation Tour]] pada bulan Juli 2011.
