== Sejarah ==
Keuskupan tersebut didirikan sebagai keuskupan Bassein pada 1955, dari vikariat apostolik Rangoon, yang kemudian menjadi [[Keuskupan Agung Yangon]]. Pada 1991, nama keuskupan tersebut berganti menjadi keuskupan Pathein.
