Sebuah telepon darurat datang dan dua pemadam kebakaran bersama Angela dan Pablo pergi ke sebuah apartemen tempat si penelepon. Setelah beragam kejadian mengerikan dan aneh, semua penghuni apartemen beserta Angela dan kawan-kawan mengetahui bahwa apartemen itu disegel karena terdapat virus berbahaya yang mempunyai gejala seperti zombie. Dan setelah itu, seorang nenek yang pertama kali tertular menulari orang-orang lain dan sadar atau tidak, Angela dan Pablo tahu cara mereka bisa keluar hanyalah dengan kabur lewat loteng apartemen itu, yang ternyata merupakan tempat virus itu berasal.
