PadaDengan materi album yang direkam dalam kurun waktu 1996 hingga 2006, album ini terdapatmenandai semuasepuluh singletahun perjalanan karier internasional Anggun. sejakAlbum ini memuat singel-singel Anggun dari album studio ''[[Snow on the Sahara]]'' (album1997)|Snow, on''[[Chrysalis]]'' the(2000), Saharadan ''[[Luminescence]]'' yang(2005). dirilisAnggun tahunjuga 1998menampilkan proyek kolaborasinya bersama beberapa artis mancanegara, serta singel dari album soundtrack ''[[Open Hearts]]'' (2002). Untuk edisi Indonesia dan Malaysia, Anggun merekam kembali 3tiga lagu lawasnyalawas yangpada duluera populerawal di tahun 1990kariernya, yaitu "Mimpi", "Bayang Bayang Ilusi", dan "Takut". Hanya dalam waktu sebulan saja, albumdengan Anggunaransemen inimusik telahAndy berhasilAyunir menyabetdan DoubleOrkestra Platinum di IndonesiaSaunine.
 
Anggun hanya menggelar promosi album ini selama lima hari di Indonesia.<ref>http://arsip.gatra.com//2006-12-20/artikel.php?id=100372</ref> Selain itu, "Mimpi" hanya dirilis untuk promosi di radio-radio tanpa disertai video musik.
