'''Santo Paus Sistus I''' atau '''Xistus I''' (???-[[126]]/[[128]]), adalah [[Paus (Katolik Roma)|Paus]] [[Gereja Katolik Roma]] sejak tahun [[117]]/[[119]] hingga [[126]]/[[128]].
Dalam masa jabatan kepausannya, ia menetapkan bahwa seorang [[uskup]], saat mengambil alih kedudukan, harus mendapatkan persetujuan paus melalui sebuah surat. Ia juga menetapkan beberapa normal untuk upacara dalam misa dan menetapkan bahwa perlengkapan suci hanya boleh dipegang oleh imam.
Paus
Ia meninggal sebagai martir, dan dimakamkan di dekat makam [[Santo Petrus]] sesuai amanat [[Paus Paskalis I]]. Seribu tahun kemudian, bangsawan [[Alife]] dari [[Benevento]] memohon agar jasadnya dimakamkan di sana. [[Paus Innosensius II]] memenuhi permohonan itu. Sesuai dengan cerita rakyat, keledai yang membawa peti jenazah tidak mampu mencapai Benevento dan berhenti di [[Alatri]]. Warga kota tersebut menerima jasadnya dan menguburkannya di sana hingga saat ini.
