<li id="8.a">Setiap kali Anda Mengumumkan atau Mempertunjukkan kepada Publik Ciptaan atau Bunga Rampai, Pemberi Lisensi menawarkan kepada penerima suatu lisensi untuk Ciptaan dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku seperti lisensi yang diberikan kepada Anda sesuai dengan Lisensi ini.</li>
<li id="8.b">Setiap kali Anda Mengumumkan atau Mempertunjukkan kepada Publik suatu Adaptasi, Pemberi Lisensi menawarkan kepada penerima suatu lisensi untuk Ciptaan Asli dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku seperti lisensi yang diberikan kepada Anda sesuai dengan Lisensi ini.</li>
<li id="8.c">Jika ada ketentuan Lisensi ini yang tidak sah atau tidak dapat ditegakkan sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku, hal tersebut tidak mempengaruhi validitas atau tegaknya ketentuan lain dari Lisensi ini, dan tanpa tindakan lebih jauh oleh pihak-pihak kesepakatan ini, ketentuan semacam itu akan diubah sampai tingkat minimum yang dibutuhkan supaya ketentuan tersebut menjadi sah dan dapat ditegakkan.</li>
<li id="8.d">Tidak ada ketentuan Lisensi ini yang diabaikan dan tidak ada pelanggaran yang disetujui kecuali pengesampingan atau izin tersebut diberikan dalam bentuk tertulis dan ditandatangani oleh pihak yang diberi hak atas pengabaian atau izin tersebut.</li>
<li id="8.e">Lisensi ini menjadi bagian dari seluruh kesepakatan antara berbagai pihak terhadap Ciptaan yang dilisensikan di sini. Tidak ada pemahaman, kesepakatan, atau representasi yang berhubungan dengan Ciptaan ini yang tidak disebutkan di sini. Pemberi Lisensi tidak akan terikat oleh ketentuan tambahan apa pun yang mungkin muncul dalam komunikasi dari Anda. Lisensi ini tidak dapat dimodifikasi tanpa kesepakatan tertulis bersama antara Pemberi Lisensi dan Anda.</li>
<li id="8.f">Hak yang diberikan, dan topik pembahasan yang dirujuk, dalam Lisensi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan terminologi dari Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (diamandemen pada 28 September 1979), Rome Convention 1961, WIPO Copyright Treaty 1996, WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty 1996, dan Universal Copyright Convention (direvisi pada 24 Juli 1971). Hak dan topik pembahasan ini berlaku pada wilayah kewenangan yang relevan sewaktu ketentuan Lisensi ini akan ditegakkan menurut ketentuan yang berkaitan dengan implementasi ketentuan traktat tersebut di dalam hukum nasional yang berlaku. Jika kumpulan hak standar yang diberikan di bawah hukum hak cipta yang berlaku mencakup hak tambahan yang tidak diatur oleh Lisensi ini, hak-hak tambahan semacam itu dianggap disertakan di dalam Lisensi; Lisensi ini tidak dimaksudkan untuk membatasi lisensi dari hak apa pun di bawah hukum yang berlaku.</li>
