Organisasi ini memberikan fasilitas-fasilitas kepada anak-anak muda. Terutama mereka memberikan fasilitas olahraga, pendidikan luar sekolah, dan penginapan. Organisasi-organisasi YMCA setempat yang berbeda-beda secara sukarela mengafiliasikan diri melalui organisasi nasional mereka.
