Film Student Of The Year 2 ini masih sama kerennya dengan film pertamanya dari segi visualisasi. Sangat memanjakan mata dengan properti, wardrobe, dan visualisasi pemainnya. Namun sayang sekali, cerita tidak berkembang dengan masif.
 
Karakter Tiger Shroff dan Aditya Seal sebagai rival sangat kuat, tetapi tidak untuk kedua aktris pendampingnya. Meski saling berkaitan, pembawaan Ananya pada karakternya terbilang masih kurang kuat, begitu juga dengan karakter Tara.
