[[Joseph Hoàng Văn Tiem]], [[Salesian Don Bosco|S.D.B.]], adalah Uskup Bùi Chu dari pelantikannya oleh [[Paus Yohanes Paulus II]] pada 2001 sampai ia meninggal pada Agustus 2013. Pada Malam Natal, Senin, 24 Desember 2012, [[Paus Benediktus XVI]] mengangkat Uskup Auksilier [[Thomas Vu Dinh Hieu]], dari [[Keuskupan Xuân Lộc]] (keuskupan suffragan dari [[Keuskupan Agung Kota Hồ Chí Minh|Keuskupan Agung Saigon]], atau Kota Ho Chi Minh), [[Uskup Titular]] [[Baanna]], sebagai [[Uskup Koadjutor]] dari Keuskupan Bùi Chu.
