Baris 1: == Insiden == == External links found that need fixing (Oktober 2023) == Pada hari Jumat 6 April 2018 pukul 18.25 WIB, KA Sancaka Sore rute Yogyakarta - Surabaya Gubeng mengalami kecelakaan hebat PLH (Peristiwa Luarbiasa Hebat) setelah menabrak truk trailer di Ngawi Jawa Timur. Akibatnya 2 orang meninggal dunia. Badan kereta anjlok keluar rel dan lokomotif CC 203 terguling. Masinis gugur setelah tergencet lokomotif yang terguling keluar jalur, sedangkan satu korban meninggal adalah pekerja pembangunan jalur rel ganda. Selain itu kecelakaan ini juga menyebabkan jalur KA lintas selatan Surabaya - Solo sempat ditutup hingga proses evakuasi selesai.
