Figur Menkauhor berada di pusat pemujaan makam yang bertahan sampai akhir masa Kerajaan Lama, dengan setidaknya tujuh domain pertanian menghasilkan barang untuk persembahan yang diperlukan. Kultus Menkauhor yang didewakan, kemudian dikenal dengan gelar "Tuan Dua Tanah yang kuat, Menkauhor [[Maat Kheru|yang Adil]]" muncul kembali di [[Kerajaan Baru Mesir|masa Kerajaan Baru]] (skt. 1550 – skt. 1077 SM), dan berlangsung sampai setidaknya [[Dinasti kesembilan belas Mesir|Dinasti kesembilan belas]] (skt. 1292 – skt. 1077 SM), sekitar 1200 tahun setelah kematiannya.
