The [[Dayak]] tribe is one of the tribes that inhabit the island of Borneo. Not only in Indonesia, some Dayak people are known to live in [[Sarawak]] and [[Sabah]], [[Malaysia]]. A number of sources note that the Dayak tribe has around 405 sub-tribes with customs and cultures that are similar to one another. Since ancient times, the Dayak tribe has been known for its cultural characteristics.
