Richardus Eko Indrajit menempuh pendidikan sarjana hingga menerima gelar insinyur dengan predikat ''cum laude'' dari [[Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember|Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopembe]]<nowiki/>r (ITS) Surabaya, Indonesia dan ''Master of Applied Computer Science'' dari [[Harvard University]] (Amerika Serikat). Selain itu, ia menempuh studi di Maastricht School of Management (Belanda), Leicester University (Inggris), STIKOM [[London School of Public Relations]] (Indonesia), dan menerima gelar Master of Information Technology di [[Universitas Swiss German|Swiss-German University]] (Indonesia). Gelar ''Doctor of Bussiness Administration'' diperoleh dari ''the University of the City of Manila'' (Filipina) dan ''The University of Information Technology and Management'' (Polandia).
