* Pada tanggal 11 Juli 1991, Nigeria Airways Penerbangan 2120/Nationair Penerbangan 2120, sebuah Douglas DC-8-61 mengalami masalah tekanan kabin diikuti oleh api karena roda pendaratan gagal. Pilot mencoba kembali ke bandara, tetapi gagal mencapai bandara saat pesawat jatuh menewaskan semua penumpang 247 dan 14 awak.
* Pada tanggal 1 Maret 2004, PIA Penerbangan 2002, sebuah Airbus A300B4-200 meledak 2 ban sementara lepas landas dari Bandara Internasional King Abdul Aziz. Fragmen dari ban itu ditelan oleh mesin, ini menyebabkan mesin untuk terbakar dan lepas landas dibatalkan dilakukan. Karena kerusakan akibat kebakaran besar untuk mesin dan sayap kiri yang disebabkan pesawat yang akan dihapusbukukan. Semua 261 penumpang dan 12 awak selamat.
