Raja Letsie menikah pada [[2000]] dengan [[Karabo Mots'oeneng]]. Dari pernikahannya, mereka dianugerahi dua orang putri, Putriyaitu [[Mary Senate Mohato Seeiso]] (lahir [[7 Oktober]] [[2001]]) dan Putri [['M'aSeeiso]] (lahir [[20 November]] [[2004]]).
