West Bay adalah daerah pemukiman yang terletak di utara lokasi turis terkenal di Cayman Besar, [[Seven Mile Beach]]. Lokasi ini juga merupakan daerah wisata dengan tujuan seperti Hell, Cayman Turtle Farm, Cayman Motor Museum, dan Dolphin Adventure. Daerah ini merupakan rumah bagi Scholars International football club.
