'''Keuskupan Vincennes''' ([[Latin]]: Vincennapolis) adalah keuskupan Katolik Roma pertama di [[Indiana]], yang didirikan pada 6 Mei 1834 oleh [[Paus Gregorius XVI]]. Yurisdiksi gerejawi awalnya meliputi [[Indiana]] serta sepertiga bagian timur [[Illinois]]. Pada 1843, [[Keuskupan Agung Chicago|Keuskupan Chicago]] didirikan dari bagian Illinois dari keuskupan tersebut, dan pada 1857, [[Keuskupan Fort Wayne–South Bend|Keuskupan Fort Wayne]] didirikan dari bagian utara Indiana.
