Hans was introduced to the program from Wikimedia Indonesia letter of invitation to his school. The letter was distributed internally to several students organizations, and later on his application to join was confirmed by (fillone inof thehis lecturer, Stephen blanks)Suleeman. Each University is permitted to submit no more than nine of their best students as participants to compete on behalf of the University. As one of the chosen nine, Hans competed on behalf of the FacultyJakarta ofTheological Theology at School of Theology JakartaSeminary (Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Jakarta). According to the Project Director supervisor Siska Doviana, during his three months competition, Hans has been an exceptional participant, he has been very productive, a fast learner, an able to write in a clear and neutral perspective for his articles. He receives the best accumulative score from the Jury for his articles "Thomas Hobbes" and "John Locke", and some of positive feedback he receives from the Jury were "excellent writing", "covers all perspective and smart", and "wonderful articles and easy to read".

Hans successfully wrote 208 (two hundred and eight) high quality articles within 72 days of competition. Hans' long and short articles were consistent, covering specific topics of high profile philosopher living in different times. The highlight of Hans participation would be his achievement as a runner up position in the competition and surpasses others (out of an initial 90 participants). Hans received a laptop as an acknowledgment for his contribution, handed over by Indonesia's MinistryDirectorate General of InformaticsTelematics andApplication Technology,of Directoratethe GeneralMinistry of TelematicsInformatics Applicationand Technology: Ashwin Sasongko. Hans also successfully complete the demanding three month competition.
