:::As far as I know, wikidata is giving just the names of other-language articles in the same project (ie: the English Wikipedia article for a topic here, not the English-language Wikivoyage article). In some cases, the naming differs - wikipedia:[[:en:Hamilton, Ontario]] vs. en:[[wikivoyage:Hamilton (Ontario)]], for instance.
