== Syekh Nawawi Al-Bantani dan Syekh Ahmad Khotib Al-Minangkabawi ==
Ada keganjilan perihal tersambungnya atau talaqqi/ pertemuan kedua Ulama Besar [[Indonesia]] bertaraf internasional, yaitu Syekh Nawawi Al-Bantani ([[1230]]-[[1314]] H / [[1815]]-[[1897]] M) dan Syekh [[Ahmad Khatib Al-Minangkabawi]] ([[1276]]-[[1334]] H/ [[1860]]-[[1916]] M). Coba bandingkan Syekh Nawawi lahir tahun 1230 H/ 1815 M, sedangkan Syekh Khotib lahir (1276 H/ 1860 M. Jadi ketika Syekh Khotib baru lahir, Syekh Nawawi sudah berusia 46 tahun menurut tahun Hijriyah atau 45 tahun menurut Tahun Masehi. Ketika Syekh Nawawi meninggal, 82 atau 84 tahun, Syekh Ahmad Khotib berusia 38 tahun (H)/ 37 tahun (M). Dan Syekh Ahmad Khotib meninggal 19 tahun kemudian dalam usia 56 tahun.
Jadi sebetulnya, ketika salah satu meninggal, sebetulnya siapa yang menggantikan siapa. Syekh Khotib yang menggantikan Syekh Nawawi atau sebaliknya? Kalau menurut penalaran yang masuk akal Syekh Khotib menggantikan Imam Nawawi lebih logis.
Ada lagi satu tokoh yaitu [[Syaikh Achmad Khotib Al-Syambasi]] (1217 H/1802 M - 1280 H/1863 M) tokoh pendiri [[Tarekat Qodiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah]] barangkali ini guru Syekh Nawawi al-Bantani walaupun secara silsilah tarekat Syekh Nawawi tidak termasuk dalam silsilah tarekat ini [[http://talimulquranalasror.blogspot.co.id/2013/10/jenazah-syech-nawawi-al-bantani-masih.html]] (1230-1314 H / 1815-1897 M) bukan Syekh [[Ahmad Khatib Al-Minangkabawi]] (1276-1334 H/ 1860-1916 M).
