Berbeda dengan Wira yang dikenal karena komedinya yang menggunakan sajak-sajak puitis dalam materi komedinya, pria berbadan besar berkacamata ini adalah komika yang unggul dalam ''impersonation'' atau menirukan gaya tokoh terkenal saat tampil di panggung. Tokoh yang sering ia tirukan adalah [[Mario Teguh]], yang ia tirukan saat audisi di [[Yogyakarta]] hingga di salah satu Show di SUCI 5 saat jadi finalis. Ubay yang merupakan anak dari seorang polisi di [[Purwokerto]] ini akhirnya harus ''close mic'' di penampilan keduanya di SUCI 5 karena akumulasi nilainya paling rendah dari finalis lain yang masih bertahan saat itu.
