'''Phạm Ngọc Hân''' atau '''Hanni Pham''' ({{lahirmati||6|10|2004}}) adalah seorang penyanyi [[Vietnam]] kelahiran [[Melbourne, Victoria]], [[Australia]]. Ia tergabung dalam grup vokal perempuan [[Korea Selatan]] [[NewJeans]]. Ia memiliki kewarganegaraan ganda yakni Vietnam dan Australia. Dia memiliki seorang adik perempuan, Jasmine yang lahir tahun 2007.
Di Melbourne, Hanni pernah menjadi tim dance AEMINA Dance Crew. Dia lolos audisi Big Hit Global Audition pada Oktober 2019. Masa magang Hanni dimulai pada 2020 dan berlangsung selama dua setengah tahun hingga akhirnya debut bersama NewJeans.
