Era Jazz merupakan suatu masa yang dihubungkan dengan periode liberal dalam budaya Barat, yang dicirikan oleh perpaduan antara modernitas dan tradisi, kehidupan sosial yang penuh gemerlap, serta impian-impian yang riuh di kota-kota besar. Tema-tema ini mencuat dalam karya-karya terkenal [[F.
