'''Isaakius Komnenos''' atau '''Comnenus''' ({{lang-el|{{lang|grc|Ἰσαάκιος Κομνηνός}}}}, ''Isaakios Komnēnos''; c. 1155 –– 1195/1196), adalah penguasa [[Siprus]] dari tahun 1184 hingga 1191, sebelum Raja [[Richard I]] menaklukan Siprus selama [[Perang Salib Ketiga]].

Ia adalah anggota keluarga [[Komnenos]]. Ia adalah putra dari Doukas Kamateros dan Irene Komnene. Kakek dan nenek maternalnya adalah ''[[sebastokrator|sebastokratōr]]'' [[Isaakius Komnenos (kematian 1154)|Isaakius Komnenos]] dan istri pertamanya Theodora.
