# [[William Clito]], dilahirkan pada tanggal 25 Oktober 1102 dan menjadi pewaris Duchy Normandia. William Clito selalu tidak mujur disepanjang hidupnya; upayanya untuk menyerang Normandy gagal dua kali (tahun 1119) dan (tahun 1125), pernikahan pertamanya dengan putri seorang count Anjou dibatalkan oleh intrik pamannya, dan bahkan warisan terakhirnya atas kabupaten Flanders dianiaya.
