'''Oecusse''', atau '''Ocusse-Ambeno''', adalah sebuah [[distrik]] di [[Timor Leste]]. Daerah ini merupakan [[eksklave]] pesisir di bagian barat pulau [[Timor]], terpisah dari negara Timor Leste oleh kawasan [[Timor Barat]] milik [[Indonesia]]. Ibu kota Oecussi-Ambeno ialah [[Pante Makasar]] (Kota Ocussi).
Pada [[29 November]] [[1975]], sepekan menjelang penyatuan Timor Leste menjadi Bagian dari Indonesia, kaum militan pro-Indonesia mengibarkan bendera Merah Putih dan menguasai eksklave ini. Seperti saat dikuasai [[Portugal]], Oecussi-Ambeno ditetapkan sebagai bagian dari provinsi [[Timor Timur]] pada tahun 1970-an. Oecussi-Ambeno kemudian menjadi bagian dari negara Timor Leste pada [[20 Mei]] [[2002]].
