Sinagoga tersebut didirikan pada awal abad ke-18 oleh para pengikut [[Yehuda HeHasid (Yerusalem)|Yehuda heHasid]], namun dihancurkan oleh kaum Muslim beberapa tahun kemudian pada 1721.
