== Latar belakang ==
Setelah program [[Spaceprogram pesawat Shuttleulang-alik]] berakhir dengan misi [[STS-135]] pada tahun 2011, badan antariksa Amerika Serikat [[NASA]] tidak lagi memiliki sistem penerbangan antariksa yang mampu mengirim manusia ke luar angkasa.
