== Indikasi ==
Indikasi utama dari linezolid adalah untuk pengobatan infeksi berat yang disebabkan oleh [[Bakteri Gram-positif]] [[Organisme aerobik|aerobik]] yang [[resistensi antibiotik|resisten]] terhadap antibiotik lainnya. Linezolid sebaiknya tidak digunakan untuk infeksi bakteri yang masih sensitif terhadap antibiotik dengan spektrum aktivitas yang lebih sempit, seperti [[penisilin]] dan [[sefalosporin]].
