== Sinopsis ==
Cerita biasanya berputar antara Lizzie dan teman-temannya di sekolah dan diisi juga subplot tentang kejahilan atau proyek-proyek Matt, adiknya, bersama Melina atau Lanny. Masalah-masalah Lizzie di sekolah yang sering diangkat ceritanya antara lain kekagumannya pada Ethan Craft, perasaan antara Lizzie dan Gordo, persaingannya dengan Kate Sanders, dan masalah lain yang sering dilalui remaja lain seusianya.
