Diplomasi digital: Perbedaan antara revisi

Dalam keseharian, istilah diplomasi digital dijadikan sinonim, tetapi maknanya berbeda. UK [[Foreign and Commonwealth Office]] mendefinisikan diplomasi digital sebagai 'penyelesaian masalah kebijakan luar negeri lewat internet',<ref>Foreign and Commonwealth Office, 'What is digital diplomacy?', http://digitaldiplomacy.fco.gov.uk/en/about/digital-diplomacy/</ref> definisi sempit yang tidak mencakup perangkat kolaborasi elektronik internal dan diplomasi berbasis telepon genggam dan tablet. Kementerian luar negeri pertama yang mendirikan divisi diplomasi elektronik adalah [[Departemen Luar Negeri Amerika Serikat]]. [[Office of eDiplomacy|Taskforce on eDiplomacy]] didirikan pada tahun 2002. Gugus tugas ini telah berubah nama menjadi [[Office of eDiplomacy]] dan melibatkan 80 staf, separuh di antaranya menangani diplomasi elektronik.
