::::Our tranlsators are telling us that Api means "fire", so Merapi means "Mount Mer fire (Mount mer volcano)"? Just wondering, that is just me trying to understand the language.
::::Mt Sano is said to be the mountain (where the peak is) and that the volcano is several hundred feet below that, in the crater where the fumeroles are and the lake is. So we have Mount Sano and Sano Volcano.
::::There is also "keli" so Kelimutu, Keli Bara, Keli Ndoro - should we be writing these all as "Keli XXX" or "KeliXXX" or are those names correct?
