Pada tahun 1936, B. F. Goodrich melebarkan usahanya ke Meksiko melalui [[joint venture]] dengan Euzkadi, dengan membentuk Goodrich-Euzkadi (saat ini dimiliki oleh [[Continental AG]]). Pada tahun 1946, Goodrich membeli pabrik milik [[Waco Aircraft Company|Waco]] di [[Troy, Ohio]]. Sehingga sejak saat itu, Goodrich juga mulai memproduksi ban dan rem untuk berbagai macam pesawat.
