Singapore Airlines Penerbangan 006: Perbedaan antara revisi

Penyelidikan kecelakaan itu dilakukan oleh [[Dewan Keselamatan Penerbangan Taiwan]] (ASC). Dalam laporan bagian "Temuan Terkait Kemungkinan Penyebab," yang rinci menemukan faktor-faktor yang memainkan peran utama dalam kecelakaan, dinyatakan bahwa awak pesawat tidak meninjau rute taksi yang telah ditentukan, walaupun memiliki semua grafik yang relevan, dan sebagai akibat tidak tahu pesawat memasuki landasan pacu yang salah. Setelah memasuki landasan pacu yang salah, awak pesawat telah mengabaikan untuk memeriksa layar paravisual [[(PVD)]] dan [[layar penerbangan utama]] [[(PFD)]], yang akan menunjukkan bahwa pesawat itu berbaris di landasan pacu yang salah. Menurut ASC, kesalahan-kesalahan ini, ditambah dengan kedatangan topan dan kondisi cuaca buruk, menyebabkan awak pesawat kehilangan kesadaran situasional dan mereka tetap untuk mencoba lepas landas dari landasan pacu yang salah.
