Pemimpinnya adalah [[Uskup Agung Armagh]] yang juga merupakan [[uskup Metropolitan]] [[provinsi gerejawi]] Armagh dan [[Primat (uskup)|Primat Seluruh Irlandia]]. [[Gereja induk]]-nya adalah [[Katedral Santo Patrick, Armagh (Katolik Roma)|Katedral Santo Patrick]]. Keuskupan tersebut secara resmi diakui sebagai provinsi metropolitan pada 1152 oleh [[Sinode Kells]].
