Ratu Bagus Hendra Bambang Wisanggeni Soerjaatmadja adalah putra dari Ratu Bagus Abdul Mughni Soerjaatmadja bin Ratu Bagus Marjono Soerjaatmadja bin Pangeran Timur Soerjaatmadja bin [[Muhammad bin Muhammad Muhyiddin Zainussalihin|Sultan Maulana Muhammad Shafiuddin]] (Sultan Penuh Banten terakhir<ref name=":1" />). Bambang lahir dari pasangan Ratu Bagus Abdul Mughni dan Soepiati Soeraatmadja pada tanggal [[31 Agustus]] [[1954]].
