Kawakaze (江風) adalah kapal ke-9 dari Shiratsuyu-class Destroyer, dan kapal ke-3 IJN yang dibangun pada Maru Ni Keikaku (Circle Two Program). Ia menggunakan cara baca khusus seperti yang dia isyaratkan dalam game agar tidak salah membaca namanya. Dibangun pada 25 April 1935 di Fujinagata Shipyard, Kawazake kemudian diluncurkan 81 tahun yang lalu pada hari ini.▼
