Kodeks ini berisi teks lengkap [[Injil]] Matius]], [[Injil Lukas]], [[Injil Yohanes]] pada 183 (177 + 6) lembaran perkamen (ukuran {{×|18.3|13.7}}). Teks ditulis dalam satu kolom per halaman, 30 baris per halaman (ukuran teks 12 x 8 cm).
