'''Hanna Reitsch''' (29 Maret 1912 – 24 Agustus 1979) adalah pilot wanita paling populer di Jerman. Ia lahir pada tanggal 29 Maret 1912 di Hirschberg, [[provinsi Silesia|Silesia]] (sekarang bernama Jelenia Góra di [[Polandia]]). Keluarganya tergolong kelas menengah atas. Reitsch memulai latihan terbangnya pada tahun 1932 di Sekolah Gliding di Grunau dan menjalankan karir pilotnya sampai ia bergabung dengan Luftwaffe pada bulan September 1937.

 

Dalam wawancara terakhirnya pada tahun 1970 yang dilakukan oleh fotografer-jurnalis Yahudi asal Amerika yang bernama Ron Laytner. Reitsch mengemukakan bahwa walaupun tentara besar Jerman menjadi lunak, ia tidak pernah malu untuk mengatakan tentang kepercayaannya dengan Nazi. Ia juga masih memakai medali Iron Cross yang diberikan oleh Adolf Hitler. Reitsch mengatakan bahwa di Jerman sudah tidak ada lagi orang yang ditemukan memilih Hitler.
