Huruf "z" pada "Nazaret" dalam bahasa Ibrani ditulis dengan huruf "צ" ([[tsade (huruf Ibrani)|''tsade'' [TS atau TZ]]]), seperti pada "netzer" (= bahasa Indonesia "tunas; taruk"), bukanlah huruf "ז" ([[zayin (huruf Ibrani)|''zayin'' [Z]]]) yang membentuk kata "nazar" (= bahasa Indonesia "kaul").
