Also: you should post a statement here that [[commons:User:Biyan-to]] is, in fact, you. Folks on Commons will be looking for such cross-linking between accounts to ensure that no impersonations occur. FYI, they can't do your request at the moment due to a software bug. See [http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commons:Changing_username/usurp_requests&curid=1421020&diff=12028756&oldid=12027992 here]. I have two loose ends at the moment for this same reason. I suggest you just be patient.
