Yes I agree that it is a lot of work but per [[:wmf:Resolution:Licensing_policy]] every Wiki must check files and make sure that they either have a valid free license or meet the reguirements for fair use. : It will be much easier for the idwiki sysops to make sure everything is okay if all new files are monitored so that users are told what is okay and what is not okay before they upload a lot of files. Also it is much easier to check while uploader is still active.
