'''Leotis Martin''' (17 Juni 1939 – 20 November 1995) adalah seorang [[Tinju|petinju]] Amerika yang menjadi juara kelas berat pertama versi sabuk NABF dan terkenal karena kemenangannya atas mantan juara kelas berat [[Sonny Liston]]. Martin memiliki pukulan keras yang bagus dan merupakan petinju kelas berat berkemampuan cukup baik yang bertanding dari tahun 1962 hingga 1969. Dia mencatatkan 31 kali kemenangan (19 KO) dan 5 kekalahan dan pada tahun 2003 dimasukkan oleh majalah ''The Ring'' ke dalam daftar 100 petinju dengan pukulan keras sepanjang masa. Namun, kariernya dinodai dengan adanya inkonsistensi dan nasib yang kurang mujur.

Hingga 26 tahun setelahnya, Martin menjalani hidupnya yang tenang di Mount Airy, Philadelphia. Pada awal tahun 1995 dia pensiun dari Budd & Co. setelah menjadi operator mesin selama 31 tahun. Pada bulan November tahun itu, Martin mengalami stroke yang disebabkan oleh hipertensi dan komplikasi akibat diabetes. Dia meninggal dalam perjalanan ke rumah sakit lokal. Martin meninggal pada usia 56 tahun dan kematiannya kurang diliput oleh media tinju.
