Please forward this message to The Royal Thai Police and The Royal Thai Government - My emails get blocked and intercepted unlawfully.
It seems there is a group of people in Pattaya calling themselves "The Police" when in fact they are not the police, which in the jurisdiction of Thailand can only be the officially appointed and incorporated bodies such as The Royal Thai Police or The United Nations Police.
Two days ago for absolutely no warrante cause whatsoever one of these ILLEGAL Police pulled a gun on me just near where I have been staying. I have no idea why hey would do his. What I do know is they have ricked many local resients into believing they are part of an official and recognised Police force when they are not at all.
I do not know of any "Neighbourhood Watch" groups tat p[ullks a gun on someone who will not be manipulated and intimidate by them.
Please will the Royal Thai Government have such people, in particular those who threaten innocent parties with a hand gun, arrested and prosecuted. Some of these people may be acting with good intent but to do so they need to ensure they are acting upon information tat has been verified and is accurate.
It is also illegal to install recording and camera equipment into a property without following the regulations set down within the Criminal Law and Codes of Practice or permission of the owner of the properties and its' tenants.
Furtrher I have seen evidence and been a victim of these people then seizing valuables property and cash from the person they approach unlawfully by claiminmg to be the Police, which in my opinion is the primary reason they target people,.../ to rob them using the falsified facade (fake ID) of being the Police. This of course impacts on the genuine Police in Thailand and damages their reputation and creates division between The Royal Thai Police and the public.
