'''CFM International LEAP''' (sebelumnya disebut LEAP-X) adalah mesin turbofan high-bypass. Saat ini sedang dikembangkan oleh CFM International, sebuah perusahaan patungan antara 50-50 GE Aviation dari Amerika Serikat dan Snecma dari Prancis. LEAP ("Leading Edge Aviation Propulsion") menggabungkan teknologi yang CFM dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari program akuisisi teknologi LEAP56, yang CFM diluncurkan pada tahun 2005. Mesin ini secara resmi diluncurkan sebagai "LEAP-X" pada 13 Juli 2008. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk menjadi penerus CFM56-5B dan CFM56-7B. Arsitektur dasar LEAP ini meliputi ditingkatkan versi turbin tekanan rendah SAFRAN yang digunakan pada mesin GEnx.
