Jika, setelah menerapkan kriteria 1 hingga 3, tim masih memiliki peringkat yang sama, kriteria 1 hingga 3 diterapkan kembali secara eksklusif pada pertandingan antar tim yang bersangkutan untuk menentukan peringkat akhir mereka.
