Toyota Alphard generasi keempat dan Toyota Vellfire generasi ketiga diluncurkan di Jepang pada tanggal 21 Juni 2023. Pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2023, Toyota Alphard generasi ketiga resmi diluncurkan di Indonesia melalui PT Toyota-Astra Motor di [[Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show]] ke-30 dengan mesin 2500 cc 2AR-FE (tenaga 182 PS) dan 2500 cc A25A-FXS (tenaga 190 PS). Di Indonesia, Alphard dijual dengan 3 varian yaitu 2.5 X, 2.5 G dan 2.5 HEV.
