:::Hi - yes, he does all those things. Last night he made 46 separate attempts to hack my account. I think he goes to other language wikis because we remove his junk from enwiki. Most people know who he is there.
:::He is a mentally ill individual with a long police record in Chicago. Three years in jail, all for stalking, harassment, making threats. I want him to get medical help but our mental health care system in the US is not very good.
