Hi, to begin I apologize for not being able to write in Indonesian, and I apologize if I am writing this in the wrong place - if I am lost, then please feel free to move this to a different page.
 
I am EPIC, a Wikimedia [[m:stewards|steward]], and I would like to noteinform you that I have locked the account of {{u|Fazily}}, a member of your community, for cross-wiki abuse. They have been using IPs/creating accounts to commit vandalism on multiple wikis and to report them to us for blocking/locking.
 
I'm open to answering questions if needed, but I cannot say too much as this involves private information. I also noticed that they are currently running as a candidate in the administrator elections, but I don't know how much this will affect their candidacy.
